When a large number of portfolios are created within an organization, there seems to be no function to manage the entire portfolio. It does not seem to be available in the “Administrator Console” either.
The function refers to the portfolios in the sidebar.
I would like to be able to group, sort, etc.
I’m not exactly following but we have a similar issue. We have multiple projects within portfolios and we want to roll it up to present to upper management. However, upper management does not want to see all the details of the projects - they just want to see if we are hitting specific milestones and if we are overall ahead or behind schedule.
We have created a very convoluted way of doing this with a roll up portfolio that has filters for specific tasks. It is working but took months of work to set up and will be a lot of work to maintain.
