Pin Asana Outlook add-in so it stays open

I’m using the NEW outlook, and love the seamless integration with ASana tasks, however I would LOVE for the add-in to pin/stay open.

Can this be done?

I saw an old topic where this was discussed, but I’ can’t see how to do it in the latest Outlook version. Has anyone succeeded in pinning it open?
