This has been ongoing for multiple days for my team as well. It’s creating real problems for our productivity and workflow. Any ETA on the fix for this?

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Permission issue on a project that I own. This post says the bug was fixed, but it’s not
Steps to reproduce: Chargepoint instance of Asana. See screenshots attached
Browser version:
Chrome is up to date.
Version 113.0.5672.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?
Also @Casie_Ferrucci-Ginn I took the liberty to remove the screenshots since it showed a lot of email addresses that everybody in the forum would see. I have instead sent the screenshots to Vanessa privately.
Last night I was working in a project and it was all just fine. This morning… years’ worth of projects are just vanished.
I did manage to somehow find the actual project (I haven’t been able to find it again so I can’t show a screenshot) but it said I didn’t have access and needed to request access. I clicked the l ink to request access, but nothing happened… I didn’t get an email or a message in my inbox that someone had requested access.
I’m the only person using this account. There are no others with access, no team members, zip, nada. It’s just me.
Is there any chance you’re in the wrong workspace? To verify, click your profile image in the top right corner and make sure the checkmark near the top of the menu is next to the main workspace you use.
I have recently signed up for Asana using the free trial and created a new project. I am set up as the project owner, and was able to invite several others to the project as well. However, when attempting to access the story board of the project, it states " Looks like you need access to this project. Would you like to send a request to the owner?". I have updated my browser, but it still appears in the browser and in the app.
Same here too - was using Board view this morning (NZST around 9AM). Refreshed a page at 11:30, and now see the same permission issue. This is impacting all projects, all users. Even for Project owners.
My access has been suddenly denied to me an my team members for our projects could this be because of this release. I have logged a support ticket but want to know if anyone else has experienced this. We are based in Australia.
