Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
I originally set up an asana account to test the product before recommending it to my CEO. Since I’ve done this he has accepted my suggestion to use asana and created tasks which he has given me, however when I go to open those tasks is says ‘it looks like you don’t have access’

I’ve tried deactivating my account and merging accounts, but no matte what I can’t seem to log into the tasks he has created for me.

Is there anyway to get past this bug?

I don’t believe this is a bug, but rather a setting issue. Can you please confirm your CEO has assigned the task to you?

Could you please send us the URL of one of this task as well as a screenshot of what your CEO he is seeing for this task on his end?
