Same issue - I just got back from a month off and thought I was losing my mind! Please fix!

Hi, does anyone knows when it is expected to have this issue fixed? It is indeed very annoying.

Hi @Mariusz_Kulinski, sorry for the inconvenience. Our team is still working on this issue but there’s no ETA just yet. As soon as there’s an ETA or any update, I’ll let everyone know!

Same here, there is no scroll bar when maximized… So far, I would say that the Windows 10 version of Asama seems of no use to me.

Our team has the same problem. I also don’t understand why it takes so long to fix this error.

Same issue here!

Any news on when this will be fixed? We are experiencing the same issue for a while now.
THANKS

When is this going to be fixed? Its very basic and means I’ve given up on the App. New product manager needed for the App, clearly.

Hi @Emily_Roman - this is still an issue for me. Do you have a timeline on when it may be fixed?

@Vanessa_N I was excited to see a new version of Asana ready this morning, only to be disappointed when it didn’t fix this missing scrollbar issue. While primarily an annoyance, the annoyance is growing into frustration since it’s been > 30 days this has been broken and there haven’t been any updates in 12 days. At this point, I’d rather see tabs get rolled back because I think that’s what caused this issue.

Hi everyone, sorry for the delay, our team is still working on a fix for this issue, this hasn’t been forgotten, and although we don’t have an exact ETA yet, we hope this fix will be available in the next couple of weeks. I’ll let you know once I have a more exact date to share.

I am so happy to know it’s not just me, but disappointed to know Asana cannot get this fix implemented sooner but will be #following to find out!

Our team is also having this issue. I submitted a support ticket with Asana. Hopefully this is resolved soon as its becoming quite a hinderance.

My team is having the same issue and created a support ticket yesterday (11/8/2023). I hope this gets fixed soon.

Hi everyone! Our Developers let me know that they’ve started rolling out the new release that will resolve this issue. It should be ready by the end of the week, but we already received confirmation from some users that things are working fine now.

Please note that you may need to quit the app and restart to update to the newest release. Thank you for your patience, and let us know if the issue still persists after the update!

Hi @Vanessa_N , I am still experiencing this issue, despite quitting Asana, re-signing in and reopening, my maximised app does not have a side scroll bar.

Do you know when the update will finish rolling out to all users? Is there an update to be installed?
