In the last Release note, this release is announced as:
(Starter) Pause rules in a bundle: Pause individual rules within a bundle within a bundle without deleting them, making it easier to manage complex automation setups.
But could you confirm this is accessible only for users with access to Bundles, meaning Enterprise or Enterprise + right, not Starter?
