Outlook Rule Formatting Incorrect

Good morning. Since last Friday, the Outlook rule in Asana has been sending emails that are not formatted as configured in the customization tab. I had spaces and lines set up in the body, but the email I received has no spacing and looks horrible. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We are experiencing it org-wide.

It used to follow the formatting correctly, but then, since Friday, it’s not the same anymore.

We’re having the same issue with the same timeline. I requested support from Asana and they are stating it’s in internal issue with Copilot. I have confirmed with our IT department that it’s not the case. Not getting any solution to it.

Experiencing the same issue with our project’s Outlook emails. All newlines are gone, making the email basically unreadable.

Same issue with our mailer.

Asana finally responded to my email with “I was able to reproduce the same behavior on my end, and I believe you are experiencing a bug. I have escalated this issue to our Engineers and will let you know of an update as soon as possible.” Hopefully, it will be a quick fix!

Great news! I think this has actually been fixed already, at least for us the emails are back to normal.

I also got an email as well that they are aware of a bug and have passed this along to their engineers.
