We are experiencing an issue where mail arriving from the asana.com domain is losing its formatting. Shown below buttons that should be showing up are replaced with outlines and text links.
Has anyone else experienced this, or found a way to resolve it so that buttons and images show up properly?
Welcome to the forum, @Peter_Volpe! Does your work email block external images? Do you have this experience with emails from any other vendors or just Asana?
Thank you! I’m not certain if we block external images or not, is there a common place where this would be configured if we did?
I noticed images are hit or miss from different vendors, but the common thread seems to be the behavior where the link is show as a text link next to or beside the image or button where it should be embedded.
