When creating a task from sending an email, is there any way to keep the formatting and style?
We use Gmail occasionally to create tasks and would like to keep the same formatting and styles, things like bold or italics. I’ve tried multiple tests but nothing seems to work as Asana strips everything off. Is it possible? Thanks.
Hi @Evan_Russum have you had a look at the Gmail extension for Asana that in general retains the formatting is the email.
Unfortunately there is no way to retain the formatting when using x@mail.asana.com or a project email address…
