We love the out-of-office setting function that currently exists, but would like to see if it possible to enhance this function by also allowing the person who is out of office to set another team member as their designated coverage during the out-of-office time.
Would ideally love for it to:
Show on the profile display view for who to reach out to for OOO coverage, such as: Laura Giannola (away through Sep 13, covered by Kelsey)
Tag the designated coverage team member anytime the out-of-office team member is tagged.
Similar to this topic, but that thread doesn’t have vote functionality for the feature. I do also see the ability to write a rule on an individual user basis to add a collaborator, but we would like to see this from a global setting vs individual rule.
