I work on an ipad and something browse asana on mobile. however, there is a nuissance that I cannot open MS files directly to their app when I try to dowload or view them. is there any troubleshooting for this?

Sounds like a “Microsoft on iPad” issue rather than Asana, isn’t it? Can you open those without going through the Asana app?
