One team member unable to book tasks onto projects AND their tasks appear differently??

:light_bulb: My peer is unable to book tasks onto a project board (never had any technical issues until just this week) and tasks’ themselves look different than before. This is only impacting one person in our organization (of four). This peer is a project admin on most, if not all, the board that we use. As a temporary fix, I am adding the tasks to the board. Now, we notice these task have all of our custom fields listed under each project the task has been added to (if its on two boards, our custom fields list appear twice). Our hope it to get her to be able to book tasks on projects again and to revert the task to look like the rest of the team’s.

Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to fix it? Any tips will be helpful in us troubleshooting this. Thank you!
