Old Rule vs. New Rule Builder

Hello,

I had a series of rules put in place before the migration to the new rule builder that no longer seem to be active.

It seems some rules still run when I test them and some do not. I am assuming this is because Asana is requesting that I rebuild each of these rules? I’d like to prioritize those that are not running but have difficulty identifying this. I am looking for any tips/advice for how to identify which rules are and are not still active.

Also, if there is any shortcut/best practice for updating from the old rule build to the new (I wish there was a button :slight_smile: ) that would be great.

I don’t believe Asana would “pause” any rule from the old builder on purpose. You should identify one rule not running, and investigate deeper, potentially asking support…

Thank you, Bastien. I believe I misunderstood the issue with my rules and it was suggested it could be the old rule builder vs. new causing a “pause”.
