Number of rules and rule-actions-per-month limit on Starter

Hi,

sSo I read different things about possible limit in the number of rules or actions made from rules (specifically for the Starter plan.

Could you please clarify if there is a 20 rules / project limit?
Is there any limit for the number of actions created by rules for a user, per month?

Where is that explained? On the pricing page, it just says “unlimited rules”. It’s not very transparent if there are such limits…

It looks like it is 50 rules per project now?

What about the number of actions done by those rules? Are they limited? Per user? Per organization?
