Hi, Is there any way to get notified if there was no update to a task within 3 days?
Many of our tasks need regular follow-ups before they are complete (it needs to be checked regularly, and commented on with any updates)
I’m finding that some tasks are not being followed up on regularly.
I’m trying to find the best practices to deal with this.
Is there any way to get notified if there was no update to a task within 3 days?

Would it help to set up rules when the due date is approaching or when tasks are overdue?
I often also set up rules that post a comment depending on task status or specific custom field status to ensure nothing is being missed.
So for example if I notice that new team members are not updating tasks as required I would communicate with then directly to figure out why exactly (whether something is unclear or some other reason)
Sometimes I would also set up a rule that sends a comment to constantly remind them (I would pause the rule once the team gets used to the regular process)
