I would recommend adding the Notes Tab and even the Overview Tab when used to the CSV export you can get of a project with the tasks and schedule.

Whilst I appreciate your intention, that might be impossible technically.
The idea of a CSV file is that it is a table. And for it to be a table it needs a row of headers, and all the following rows to have values, separated by the same number of comma’s to differentiate which column the value belongs into.
Adding the notes or overview tab would mean the resulting file is not a .CSV file, and it would break many processes that depend on such data not to be in the .csv file.
Adding another type of file that supports tabs, like an Excel file, might work.
Also, it would help to get a better understanding of the why behind your request. What is it that you hope to accomplish with this?
Not everyone in my company is in Asana so it would be helpful to be able to export the info from this tab in some fashion. Currently this doesn’t seem possible and it’s not part of a view only link.
