Not Receiving the Reset Password Link

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
I want to merge accounts according to this explanation: Managing your account settings | Product guide • Asana, but I have to reset the password for one of my accounts first, which is why I asked for an instruction to be send via Email. But I do not receive the instructions or a link or something.

Steps to reproduce:
Entered my mail address,
did not receive instructions.

Have you checked if the email is not in the spam folder? If you still cannot find the email with the link to reset your password, I recommend you contacting our support team as they will be able to help you solve this issue!

When you contact them, you can share the URL of this thread so you don’t need to explain the issue once again.

I just send a request their as I also don’t receive an email - also not in my spam folder.
