We are having an issue with an Asana template. Not sure what the issue is, it was working fine last night. My team member is granting me (a super admin) edit access, but I can not edit it. The template just continuously says “Already requested access”. They click on grant access > No change.
Anyone else having this issue?

You mention “editing templates,” but what you describe may actually be trying to get access to a project (not a project template or a task template). Regardless, Support will be your best bet because they have access to your environment.
