Nonexistent Asana Support

What happened to Asana’s support? My team is seeing bugs in platform and support hasn’t responded in a week.

I’ve been contacting support off and on for the past few months on account and billing issues. It takes days and often WEEKS to get a response. The chat is gone and now replaced with a bot. This is absolutely awful customer service. Not to mention that on the website, they tout 24/7/365 global support for any questions. I’ve been an Asana fan and loyal customer for years throughout many organizations. This is false advertising and absolutely horrific customer service. I reported them to the FTC. Live chat or a phone number to reach a real human is a non-negotiable. I’m severely disappointed and if I hadn’t invested years in learning this platform, I’d be gone already.

These work to open the chat bot, but then it doesn’t connect you with a human and just says it filed a ticket and someone will get back to you. This new update and defunding their customer service is appalling.

@Dana_Buchman1, I’m sorry; I can see you’re very unhappy with this, but FWIW, my recollection is that Asana Support was never more than email-based (no phone, no live chat).

I investigated your report further and I see you contacted us in December to report a billing issue. I see you confirmed your questions were resolved and the ticket is now closed. We now have several new requests which are 15h old, our team will get back to you as soon as possible, our turn around time is usually 24h to respond.
