No time budget possible in native time tracking

  1. In monday we have a native time tracking option without any thirdparty addon. We can define a time budget and client/user can see:
    a) How many time we already worked
    b) How much time i still have work new work

Now lets look into native time tracking option in asana:
a) How many time we already worked
b) How much time i still have work new work
c) how to send a monthly report about hours we worked

In monday we can do that with native time tracking option. How to do that in asana please? This are basics of most of all project and we need extra thirdparty solution for it?! :frowning:

Hello Thomas,

If I understood what you are asking for, I believe you can produce reports on all three areas using the reporting tab. Have you tried building the report and inserting the relevant custom fields of the hours from the projects you wish to report on?

I already checked the documentation. its very simple writte and does not give any details about my question.

I wanna show client:
You still have : x hours in your budget.
We already take: x hours from your budget.
This is a very simple project management job in monday.
How do to this in asana?

How to send the reporting via email for each project?
We have round about 50 projects…
In monday i can send automated email on each end of month with the specific project reporting of time budget.
How do to this in asana?
