New rule builder is missing "task is overdue"

The old rule builder (which is better in my opinion) seems to be missing completely when creating new rules. Because of this, there is no longer a trigger option for “task is overdue”. We use this trigger regularly. When will this be available again?

@kyle.oneal, Are you sure you are highlighting the “When” box (at the far left), and not the “Check if” box (in the middle)?
