Need to transfer Asana files to new user

I am leaving my current job and need to transfer my Asana account to another email address. How can I do this?

In general, in the case of a departure, the account is deleted, but this does not remove the person’s tasks. All the tasks remain in the projects where they are today.
So you can reassign them before you leave.
Otherwise, if the account is deleted, then a project is created with all your tasks that are multi-homed in this new project, which allows your colleagues to easily reassign them.

It is still possible to merge access to your account with another address by following the information below (but this will not add all your data to another person’s existing account):

Thanks Julien! So do I need to do any specifically on my end? How should others on my team access the project after I delete my account?

The admin who will delete the account will have the option to create this project, and once created he will be able to share it.

If done by an admin, the project will contain pubouc tasks.
If done by a super admin, it will also contain private tasks.

Thanks for your reply. I am the admin for the account. The asana account is connected to my personal email address, but as I am leaving the organization I would like to transfer all projects to someone else on my team. I don’t see an option to do this in the Admin console. Please advise.
