Need "Contains only" option for multi-select fields in Rules

Any update on this “contains only” as an option? Additionally looking for a way to “compile” actions for each options in a multi select- example
Rule says- if Option A is selected Generate #1 subtask
If Option B is selected Generate #2 Subtask
If Option C is selected Generate #3 Subtask

So if Option A and C were selected- then #1 and #3 subtask would generate. Or if B&C were selected then #2 and #3 Subtask generated and so on.
