Name Tagging - Allow to remove the last name

Hi Asana Team,

I would like to check if Asana can implement one tiny change for name tagging. It tags the person’s entire name, making the conversation sound super formal.
Sometimes, it feels a bit rude. It gives off the aggression of an angry mother calling her child with their full government name.

Can Asana take inspiration from MS Teams, and allow to remove the last name, with one backspace, and still tag the person?
