Since the introduction of the new layout of ‘My Tasks’ it is really easy to delete the project from a task when you are simply trying to view the project. Previously you could click on the project and view it without issue. Now when you click on the project it comes up with a box with an x next to the project. If someone is double clicking it’s super easy to remove the project from the task. Our employees are then finding it difficult to find the task again. Is there a quick way to find tasks without a project attached?
Yes, you can perform an advanced search and in the project field you can search/select “no project”
Please visit this section of the guide where it reads:
No parameter - use the “No Tags” or the “No Project” fields to find all tasks that are not associated with a tag or a project
