We have an organisation of less than 20 people but we’re having difficulty with new team members viewing existing tasks. It seems that if the task isn’t sitting in a project then anyone that’s not a collaborator of the task can’t view it. Is this correct? If so, is there a way to run a search of all tasks that aren’t sitting in projects so that we can correct it?
If you’re on a paid Asana plan and thus have access to Advanced Search, then yes, you can get a list of all tasks not assigned to a project. In advanced search, you can select “No Project” in the Projects filter for this purpose. You can read all about Advanced Search here.
