In recently assignen task section and in the calendar view appear all the new task assigned to me but the sections Today, Upcoming and Later are empty.

Welcome to the community… Yes what you see is normal and expected functionality. Whenever a Tasks is assigned to you it will appear in the Recently Assigned section so you can review accept the tasks and then you can reassign to Today/Upcoming or Later…
