Unfortunately, this problem has also been occurring in my account since yesterday. I contacted support directly. Unfortunately, there has been no response so far.

I would like to point out at this point that this issue needs to be resolved relatively quickly, as the projects contain essential information for my work. I don’t think I’m the only person for whom this is causing far-reaching problems in their project work.

I would appreciate prompt assistance.
