Multiple Organizations

basically unable to raise a ticket as the help center does not load.

i want to create another workspace for my organization or maybe another organization itself
this space will serve as a knowledge center.

My main asana organization will be for working on collateral and discussing improvements to it
While the new space will be where i would distribute my final version of that collateral

I can see how to create a workspace, but for some reason the workspace does not have the same plan attached to it,

Do i need to pay for this separately ?

Yes, for a paid plan level, you’d need to pay for that separately.

Now i understand, I have created the new workspace.

But unlike my organization, I noticed that there are only members? and no guests.

So does this mean that I cant have any guests on the workspace? like i do on my organization. Or is this just a default screen until I select a plan?

Workspaces are different than Organizations. Workspaces and organizations FAQ is one Help Center article that might help, and you may want to contact Asana Sales for more info.
