I have a user at my organization that has no action buttons on their black multiselect bar when they select 2+ tasks in My Tasks. As far as I can see, they have the same filters and sorts set up as I do. I encountered this with one other staff member in the last week but theirs started working again with no claimed action on their part. Has anyone run into this before?

Hi @Vanessa_N, the team member says “I’ve tried it in Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Also cleared my cookies and tried in incognito mode.”
Hi there, just a heads up that I believe I found the cause. When selecting multiple tasks and at least one task is overdue, the multiselect bar is blank. Still happening for me now today.

Hi @Katie13, following up on your report. After testing in multiple accounts and browsers, we are still unable to replicate this issue on our end and haven’t found any signs of a bug. Since it doesn’t appear to be widespread or consistently reproducible, we’re unable to investigate it further here in the Forum.
Could you please reach out to our Support team instead? They have access to account details and tools that we don’t, so they’ll be better equipped to assist you.
To help speed up the process, please include a full screenshot of your My Tasks view, including the URL bar. If possible, also let them know what filters you have applied when the issue occurs.
