I am using my pixel mobile app, and I am unable to move tasks to different sections within a project. I got a message saying that the problem could be sorting, or restrictions. My tasks aren’t sorted or filtered, so is there a way to fix this problem?
Hi @Kara_St_Amand1, welcome to the Asana Forum! I’m sorry you are experiencing an issue with the Asana mobile app. This type of issue is quickly solved by updating the app in Google Play.
If your app is updated, please check if you experience this issue in other projects! This will help you identify different filters or sorts applied to other projects too.
