Moving Sections to another project and filters to the dashboard

I wish we could move sections to another project.
I created a sprint board, but when the sprint ends, I don’t have a way to move the previous sprints (sections) to an archive board.

I wish we could filter the dashboard features by section. That would make the burnup chart more useful.
