Migrate Trello to Asana - Tried the CSV and it fails

:light_bulb: I am trying to migrate Trello to Asana, so far failed. I tried using the CSV import/export and it failed complains about email field.

I tried to get in touch with support and failed as well. Start to think moving to Asana is not a good idea as it is difficult to get support and to get things done.
