We’re making the move to Asana as an organization; one of my teams has been using Teamwork for the last 3 years, and they are heavily invested in it. What’s the best way to make the transition, to bring in the projects and tasks from Teamwork to Asana? Is the CSV importer the only way (other than manually recreating everything) or is there something better out there?

The best way to move to Asana is to export your data from Teamwork to a CSV format, and import it in Asana using our brand new CSV importer.
