Once I complete a task, I check the check mark. Then, it is removed from the project. Is it possible to keep the task visible (instead of disappearing) and showing completed at the same time?

Update: To everyone who is confused about the gear selection. Step 1: Look at the top right side of the screen and locate incomplete task Step 2: Click the incomplete task Step 3: Click on ALL task How you can view all of the completed and incomplete tasks! [image]

Yes Patrick, This was a great feature. You could see your progress on daily basis but now it’s gone. I really like to bring this back. Do you know where we can propose to bring this back?

It used to be possible to change the view to include “incomplete tasks and tasks completed within the past X days” in My Tasks tab not in projects. Did this feature go away? This helped me see my daily progress while in My Tasks tab. I could see that I have completed 5 or 6, 8 tasks. This view was encouraging for me and gave me a sense of progress. I know I can do this by doing a search but that is not the same thing because in My Tasks tab I can always see new tasks coming in instantly, I can also create sections and so on. But I cannot do this using search. Again, I am not talking about projects. Thanks.

@Christina_Conner, The answer is in this post: [image] Default to Viewing All Tasks in a Project Tips and Tricks Yes, @ltsadmin, On the top right click Incomplete Tasks (or whatever value you currently have set) and then choose All Tasks. Next, on the top left click the down arrow (Project Actions) next to the project name and choose Save Layout as Default. Larry Larry

Is there any way to combine the “Marked complete since” filter that is available when only viewing completed tasks with also viewing uncompleted tasks? I would love to be able to filter my projects to show: all uncompleted tasks AND completed tasks that were marked complete within [timeframe] This keeps the focus on what’s next while providing some context of what has been completed recently, without cluttering projects that have many completed tasks. Now they hid that option behind a right arrow above the task on the right side of the screen. You have to click the arrow and then click on the View Option. When you focus on the left screen again, that view button inconveniently disappears again. it is a bit of a walk around the park if you ask me.

To anyone like me not seeing that option, now is like a filter. Is a little confuse because appears like a button that suggest to only show incomplete tasks by default. Once you click on that option a menu appears with many options to filter tasks by time (completed or not) that’s cool, but the initial button not so much. [48]

It would be nice if you could get your completed tasks to go to their own list available from the toolbar. I want to have easy access to completed tasks so I can remember what I’ve done and check the notes in the description, but having them visible within the project makes the project so messy and complicated, especially since items I’ve completed that I put under categories like “do today” remain there.
