Emailing directly to my project @mail.asana.com from my company Outlook account; the import is adding signatures onto the imported email that aren’t based on who sent the email.
For example, I’m user A, and I send the email and it’s auto adding user B’s signature. We’re both members of the project, but I can’t figure out how/where it’s getting the signature from User B.
Is there any way to stop this? Could this possibly be coming from User B’s email platform somehow? It’s misleading in the data displayed as it looks like the content came from a different user.
