Often, a task is best understood by referencing and reviewing an email message or conversation that lives either in Outlook or has been saved to a network drive for posterity’s sake.
Is there any way to link to email messages that live in either of these places? The only (clumsy) solution I’ve discovered is to convert the email message to a PDF, save it to a network drive folder and then attach that file to the task Details. Surely there is a better way!
