We use https://asana.com/guide/help/api/jira and are quite happy with what the solution provides. It mostly suits our needs.
However, when clicking on the create jira ticket link in asana, after the ticket is created, the jira ticket preview widget disappears after popping up for 1 or 2 seconds.
I assume the issue is related to access right’s administration, but I do not know what to change where… Does anyone have experience with it?
The Faq page (https://asana.com/guide/help/api/jira-faq) only mentions “If you want to keep the Jira data private within Asana, you can make your projects or tasks private.” I would guess our Jira is set to private then.
Where can I administrate this?
What would need to changed to what?
