Using Asana Rules with the Outlook email action, I can only send automated emails to the assignee. There’s no option to CC or notify task collaborators, even when they’re already added to the task.
For compliance and multi-stakeholder workflows, collaborators also need to be notified via email—not just inbox notifications from comments. Is this a known limitation, and are there any plans to allow CC’ing collaborators or selecting multiple recipients in rule-based emails?
