I’m creating a tasks with forwarding emails to x@mail.asana.com - it’s quite useful, thanks for the feature. But I realize that sometimes not all text from email get to the Description of the Task. sometimes its full text, other time just part and once or two totally no Description.
The investigation showed that somewhere all the information from the beginning of the Auto-Signature was cut off. I don’t know if it Apple Mail or Asana but its true - we have maybe some hidden marker that understands by Asana as “end of file” or like this.
When I do not use Auto-Signature or turn off checkbox “Place signature above quoted text” in the Apple’s Mail Settings→Signature - mail forwarding work well - all the text delivered to the Description.
Is it possible to prevent this behavior at Asana side?
