I can’t get the Jira cloud integration to sync over existing issues. It works with new tasks and issues, but will not sync old issues. Yes, I’ve checked the box to import existing issues, but nothing has synced over. I’ve two-way sync, one-way sync from jira→asana with checked import existing issue. It worked in my test trial, but it doesn’t work. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can try an API import with tools like Zapier or Make
Thank you for the suggestion, but Asana integration is supposed to do that. I really don’t want to get another integration for importing. I’ve come to the conclusion that the integration is buggy.
