Jira Cloud integration and IP access control

Hi there,

We want to sync Asana with Jira Cloud and there is an IP access list on the Jira side. Same issue as described in https://forum.asana.com/t/jira-server-asana-which-ips-to-whitelist/203893.

I raised a support request and received no useful answer. Has anyone managed to get a valid answer? Is there a fixed range of IP addresses for the Jira sync tasks?

I ended up using Rotating proxies to deal with IP restrictions. It let us switch between a pool of trusted IPs, so Jira Cloud wasn’t blocking anything. Made the connection with Asana way smoother without needing to ask IT for static IPs every time.
