We are having issues opening and reading half our PDFs in various projects, but on;oy on IOS 12.1 and 12.4 devices. Not an issue with Android devices at all. PDFs take a long time to load and then flickers on and off until we get a white screen with the name of the file on the white board but not the actual pdf doc. Reset device, cleaned browsing history, cleaned up, Reid opening in books but not much better although it didn’t white screen. Reloaded Asana and still having same issues. Is there an issue with IOS 12.1 and above?

My sincere apologies for the trouble here; I’ve gone ahead and filed a bug with our Development Team, I’ll be in touch as soon as I have an update. In the meantime, can you confirm if there is a difference between the PDF you can open and those you can’t? Are the one you’re running into trouble with heavier than the others?

Can you please confirm if you’re using the iOS app, or the Asana web app in Safari?

Could you please verify your iOS version?
For reference, iOS 12.4 is not a valid version number. 12.1.4 is the most recent public one (and 12.2 is in beta).

We are working with the Asana app downloaded through the AppleApp Store (iOS APP) which is different from using safari to log into app that is website based if I understood your question correctly. Yes, it is iOS 12.1.14
