The website is frustrating to use. There doesn’t seem to be any live chat, phone call or any live support. I just have to wait for someone to email but its been a day already. Is there really no way to reach support except wait for them to email me in this day and age? Especially given how much Asana costs, that surprises me

There isn’t currently, unless you are choosing for customer success offerings
The forum however is a free resource where a lot of Asana users and experts like myself voluntarily chime in to help with your challenges.
I would ask you what your request is, but to keep the forum on-topic I’d advise you to make a new thread in Tips and Tricks for your query.
