We’ve found that it would be useful if we could remove ourselves as collaborators from a task on the go as simply as you can add someone. Is there some way to do this that I haven’t found?
HI @Jomy! To remove yourself or another colleague from a task collaborators list; simply follow these steps:
- Open the task in question
- Tap the directional arrow next to the collaborator’s list (at the bottom of a task),
- Tap and hold on the collaborator’s name to remove them
To help you visualize what I’m referring to, I’ve attached some screenshots!

Got it! Thanks for the assertion that this does work - I do find the tap and hold intuitive - I thought I’d tried that already, but I suppose I failed at tapping and holding quite sufficiently while on the go yesterday! Tried it just now and it worked just fine, thank you!
