Invitee not receiving email to join - help please!

Are you by any chance on an Enterprise tier with SSO / SCIM enabled? If so, are you sure your IT dept have added the new employee to their list of accepted users?

Otherwise, your new employee should be able to go sign up on asana.com and get onboarded.

You could also try inviting them directly to a Team or Project.

If all fails, you should contact Asana support.
