I believe I’ve found a bug that, unfortunately, is limiting my ability to provide a specific solution for a client. Basically, if I make a Number Custom Field a global field and include it in the “When” section of a rule - then convert it to a Template, instead of maintaining the field in the Rule, it returns an error: “Invalid, please recreate”.
Thanks @lpb - I gave that a try. I get major problems trying to access support right now. Even the chat doesn’t work. I was able to submit via the form so hopefully that’ll go through.
