Hello. It would be very beneficial for the field “days after completion” on recurring tasks to be increased past 30 days. I’m not sure if this discussion already exists, otherwise, feel free to move this to the right spot.

I really, really, really need this. I have a lot of tasks that I need to do periodically, but at various intervals (every 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years etc). Only being able to repeat up to 30 days after completion is VERY limiting.
Hi @Bec_C , you can set those options that you mention now by selecting ‘Custom’ instead of ‘Periodically’.
I believe this is what the Asana team suggests you use, when you need a task to repeat beyond the 30 days.
Thanks @Richard_Sather but from what I can see the “custom” options all repeat on a fixed schedule (eg. every 2 months on the 28th day). Whereas I want them to repeat from the day of completion. So if I’m a week late completing something, the next instance is 2 months from that date (not the original due date).
SOrry to be the late to the party, but yes, it would be very useful indeed.
You can do this on Ticktick. My work uses Asana but anything like this I just add to my Ticktick.
