Inbox notification not working properly


Since I don’t use E-Notifications in Asana I rely on the online notifications (the orange dot).

However, I’m experiencing some problems: Very often the orange dot in my workspace list does not disappear even though the inbox does not contain any unread items. A colleague confirmed this “bug”.

Is that a known issue or is it a problem with a specific browser/OS?
