We’re expanding the Shareable Notes Early Access program and opening it up to more customers as we continue building toward GA!
Since launching EA, Notes are now first-class, shareable Work Graph Objects — no longer confined to project tabs — and can be attached across Projects, Portfolios, Teams, and Tasks. They’re searchable, AI-accessible, and available on mobile, making them a stronger foundation for collaborative work.
What’s coming next
Over the next 6 months, Early Access participants will receive continued feature updates as we prepare for GA later this year. Upcoming investments include:
- Trust upgrades: Reliable undo/redo and version restore for mission-critical work
- Stronger collaboration: Real-time editing and inline comments
- Smarter actioning: AI that summarizes content and converts Notes into Tasks to connect thinking directly to execution
